How does moderation works ?

Moderation is rule based : there's site-wide rules that apply globally, and board-specific rules that the board admins can create. When content or users are reported a rule that the content is infringing upon has to be selected. A random jury of users is then selected and asked if the report is accurate. If a majority decision is reached the content is removed and penalties are applied.

In order to quickly deal with problematic content an admin of a board can also remove content directly, however the affected user can contest the admin decision, which will directly trigger the formation of a jury.
